In the Dark After Dawn; he (maybe) is a parasite; and the only thing that stops him?

Tactical in combat; the Blink uses small moves to chip away at your health.When your guard is down, or your focus is elsewhere.  When he is in his various forms;damage output is low but a nuisance, as his defence is high.  

Capable of using ordinary weaponry,   His range depends soley on how and when you encounter him.  

If you survive; you'll be running background checks until your fingers bleed.
